Cancellation Policy
Provided that you are acting as a consumer, you can cancel your contractual declaration within one month without stating reasons in the written form (e.g. letter, fax, email) or – if you have been given the merchandise before expiry of the time limit – also by returning the merchandise. The time limit begins after receipt of this policy in the written form however, not before the merchandise has been received by the consignee (in the case of recurring delivery of similar merchandise not before the receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfilment of our duty to supply information according to § 312c subsection 2 BGB (German Civil Code) in connection with § 1 subsection 1, 2 and 4 BGB-InfoV (German Civil Code Information Ordinance) in the written form as well as our obligations according to § 312e subsection 1 sentence 1 BGB (German Civil Code) in connection with § 3 BGB-InfoV (German Civil Code Information Ordinance). The punctual dispatch of the cancellation or of the merchandise suffices for ensuring the cancellation period.

Cancellation consequences:
In the case of an effective cancellation the mutually rendered services are to be released and if applicable, profits which were made (e.g. interest) released. Should you not be able to release the rendered service either completely or partially or only in a declined condition you will have to render value replacement in this respect if applicable. This does not apply in the case of surrendered goods if the decline of the goods can be solely attributed to their examination – as it would have been possible for you in a store. You do not have to render value replacement for a decline of the merchandise which results from its intended use. Package-transportable merchandise is to be returned to us at our risk. You are to bear the costs for the return shipment if the delivered merchandise corresponds to the merchandise ordered and if the price of the merchandise being returned does not exceed an amount of Euros 40 or if in the case of a higher price of the merchandise you have not yet rendered the return service or effected a contractually stipulated partial payment at the time of cancellation. Otherwise the return shipment is free of charge. Non-package transportable merchandise will be picked up. Obligations for the reimbursement of payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. For you the time limit begins with the dispatch of your cancellation notification or the merchandise, for us with its receipt.
